    Keisha J. Langolf

    I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree in 2003. I also extensively studied English with an emphasis on writing during my four years there. In 2008, I received my Masters of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Indiana in 2015. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing both group and individual therapy, consulting, and coaching to clients of all ages. I went into private practice in 2016.

    My clinical specialties include the assessment and treatment of the following:

    • Depression-educating clients and treatment planning with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (changing thought patterns to improve mood)
    • Anxiety/Trauma/Obsessions-educating clients and treatment planning utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma focused-CBT, Mindfulness Meditation techniques, and Internal Family Systems. I am currently pursuing a certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy.

    More areas of focus:

    • Women’s Issues: infertility, pre- and post-partum (high-risk pregnancy, PPD), body image and weight management, cultural trauma (current political climate/policies effecting women, #metoo, trauma related to reproductive rights, workplace harassment and discrimination, etc..)
    • Christian Counseling-provide and incorporate faith-based counseling and coaching for spiritual clients

    Meghan E. Farr

    I graduated with an undergraduate degree in Journalism with a minor in Gender Studies from Ball State University, Muncie, IN, in 2005. In 2009, I graduated from Indiana University, Indianapolis, with a Masters in Social Work (MSW); concentration in Mental Health and Addictions. I received my clinical licensure (LCSW) to practice independently in the state of Indiana in 2011. I’ve worked in numerous inpatient and outpatient settings providing group and individual therapy until beginning private practice in 2014.

    My areas of clinical focus include assessment and treatment of the following:

    • Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder - I am currently completing a 30 hour continuing education course to become a certified ADHD specialist.
    • Post Bariatric surgery patients - assessing readiness for behavioral change; behavioral health and lifestyle management treatment planning and coaching/counseling
    • Physician supervised weight management patients - educating patients about behavioral health and lifestyle changes necessary to accomplish weight loss/maintenance goals and providing counseling/coaching
    • Binge Eating Disorder/Emotional Eating - education and treatment to help clients work through past trauma and current lifestyle issues that trigger emotional eating.
    • Depression/Anxiety - educating clients and treatment planning with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (changing thought patterns to improve mood.)
    • Women’s Issues: pre- and post-partum (high risk pregnancy, PPD), premature babies/NICU stays, body image and weight management
