    Fees for Therapy, Behavioral Consulting, and Coaching:

    We provide you with a free initial 20 minute phone consultation. This call will help us determine if we are a good fit for you and answer any other questions you may have before moving forward. Once you have committed, we will send you more information via email, outlining the cost of phone calls between scheduled sessions.     50-minute session (recurring)- $160

    50-minute intake (first session)- $150 

    Several factors are considered when determining fee rates.

    1. The first session is higher due to the extra work that goes into this session. We will get the “bulk” of what brings you in to therapy, discuss your symptoms and history, get to know one another, and together establish a plan and set goals for what you want to get out of our time together.
    2. These rates reflect the commitment from both client and therapist, which is paramount to successful therapy. We spend time and money on the things that are a priority to us. Our clients prioritize therapy and are ready and motivated for personal growth. We, as therapists, are able to spend more time and energy on YOU and what YOU need from us. We do not want to just fill our schedules with paying clients, never mind feeling exhausted, distracted, and burnt out during sessions. No, we want to provide you with the quality therapy you deserve.

    Although, we do not bill insurance directly (click here for information about why), some insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for our sessions. We can provide you with a monthly “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, this will require your therapist to provide an accurate mental health diagnosis which will then enter your permanent medical record, if you have concerns about this, please let me know. You will need to contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if they will cover a portion of the counseling cost as an out-of-network provider.

    Payment Options:

    Cash, checks and HSA/debit/credit cards are accepted.

    Payment is due at the time of service and all clients are required to provide a credit card for us to keep on file (this will be kept in our encrypted, HIPAA compliant electronic records.)

    ***For teletherapy services – debit/credit/HSA will only be accepted and will be processed at the time of scheduled appointment.

    Rescheduling Policy:

    When you schedule your appointment, you are committing to paying for this time slot no matter what – well, barring a zombie apocalypse – maybe. Kids get sick – we get sick – LIFE happens and as working moms – we get it! If you need to reschedule your appointment you may choose from the week prior to your scheduled session, the week of, or the week after. This window gives us all a little breathing room.

    ****Please note that your payment will reflect the date of the originally scheduled session, but you will not be charged for the make-up appointment.
