    Everyday life can feel like a battle and sometimes one that you are NOT winning. You know…uphill in the snow both ways. We have done so much work on ourselves (by that we mean tried and failed over and over again) so we know the struggle is real! So, if it feels like your dreams and goals are just beyond your reach and you don’t know where to start, Life Warrior Coaching is for you.

    The Coaching Process

    Your SHE coach will help you examine your life –where you are now and where you want to be. We then collaborate, strategize, and take action! We can help you figure out what’s missing, how to prioritize, and where to start. Using our warrior assessment skills, we will work with you to IDENTIFY what bad-ass talents and strengths you already have and how to highlight these and apply them to your day to day life. We will determine what skills you need to improve upon or acquire to make your goals happen. Imagine what your dream life looks like. Can you see it? We’re going to help you get there!

    Together, we will figure out what’s working, what’s NOT working, and put together a plan for daily, short- and long-term goals. Working with a coach provides accountability- we give you the guidance, support, and encouragement you need to warrior through the process.

    Lifestyle Assessment and Planning

    • Career/Education – What’s your calling? Are you fulfilled? Do you want to start your own business or further your education/training, but don’t know how to go about it? Are you ready to move up the ladder and bust through that glass ceiling? Maybe you want to be a kick-ass student or employee and need some study, work, or time-management skills to get there. Or are unemployed and on the hunt. We gotcha covered.
    • Physical Activity/Exercise – We work with clients who can barely walk up a few steps to those who have black belts in Taekwondo. We can start ANYWHERE! We can help you get motivated. Adding just a few minutes of physical activity in your day can improve your stress, mood, and mental well-being too! Ready to take action and tackle those activity and fitness goals?
    • Mental/Emotional Health – Are you practicing self care everyday? Do you even know how? When is the last time you did something for YOU? Need to find your passion or hobby and wonder how in the world you could even squeeze one more thing into your crazy life and too-busy schedule? Coaching can help!
    • Spirituality – Feel like something is missing maybe and can’t put your finger on it? Are you trying to figure out your purpose in this crazy world? Yoga, meditation, and nature can all be part of a spirituality plan. Maybe you would like to find a church or synagogue to join, but it feels too intimidating. Or maybe just a group of like-minded people to spark some joy. Girl, we all need some of that in our lives!
    • Relationship goals – Having trouble communicating with your partner, friend, mom, or boss? Are you ready to start dating or take your relationship to the next level, but don’t know how to get there? Maybe you just want to get out there and make some new friends, but how in the heck do grown adults do that? Relationships are so very important. Let us help you strengthen yours and find your people.
    • Getting organized – It’s hard to go anywhere when you can’t find your keys. Oops-You wrote in your planner, but then forgot to look at it! Maybe you are surrounded by clutter or want to tackle a new project, but don’t know where to start, so you just–don’t. Deadline-what deadline? Getting organized introduces a new kind of peace in your life! Want to try it?
    • Health and Nutrition – Are you getting the vitamins and minerals you need to function at your best? Have you been out in the sun lately to soak up some vitamin D? Do you want to eat healthier, but don’t know where to start? Maybe your schedule isn’t allowing you to get the sleep, breaks, or rest your body needs? You know it’s time to make a change, so c’mon!
